Cycle Hire           Most of the popular cycle routes have a cycle hire centre on or near them. This facility is particularly useful if you are thinking of taking up cycling for the first time. It allows you to try before you commit yourself to purchasing a bike of your own, also most hire centers these days hire out bike-trailers which are ideal for transporting young children around with you.          There is a section at the back of our books listing the hire centers on or near our routes. We also indicate their position on the maps, if they are close to the trail.          Please Note - we intend to publish a list of UK cycle hire centers in the near future.
