          Well everybody knows that this is the flat bit of the UK - well not quite - The English tourist authority call the region England's cycling country - well it isn't really - but we spent 2 years on and off cycling it and we got a surprise - the weather was great and so was the cycling.
         This is our largest book yet, and the routes take you through some of the finest farmed countryside in the UK - Through or around fields of cereal or veg, by meandering rivers or just peddling the old pack-horse roads.
         The book also contains forest and canal routes together with trails around some of the region's reservoirs.
