          The area covered by this book has perhaps some of the most spectacular scenery in the UK - We have tried to keep our rides in the Lake District to the lower slopes of the mountains but there is still a bit of hill work on some of the routes.
         The trails in this book vary from easy routes along rivers and towpaths to moderate to more difficult forest and hill rides.
Routes include - Grizedale Forest, Glasson Circular, Kentmere Trails, Gisburn Forest, Askham Fell and the Whitehaven Mineral Trail.
